Daniele Frasca
Daniele Frasca, the company’s CEO, holds a degree in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University in Rome. He went on to complete a Master’s in Communication and Marketing at LUISS, as well as a Master’s in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sponsored by the Lazio Region. He has experience in communication, sponsorship and consulting and spent two years at Confindustria working in marketing and tourism promotion. He has been active in the field of financial consulting for over 15 years.

Cristian Longoneri
Cristian has always been passionate about entrepreneurship and finance. After spending 18 years at Banca Mediolanum, he became an independent financial advisor and certified trader. He is one of the few Italians to have achieved an exit in Silicon Valley, having founded two fintech companies: Street Beat in the US and Re-Lender in Europe. He now supports the new generation of entrepreneurs, helping over 12 start-ups to become successful. Healthy food and local produce are essential for him during his travels and in his daily life.

Stefano Mazzei
Stefano Mazzei is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. Born in Naples, he now lives in Novara. Over the last five years, he has devoted himself entirely to the world of ice cream. Through continuous research and training, he has developed a personal technique that enables him to produce natural ice cream without using ready-made bases, semi-finished products, emulsifiers, chemical additives, colourings or preservatives. He also creates vegan variants without added sugar and a protein-based range. In his role as technical manager at Perfecto, he aims to strike a balance between taste, quality and health, innovating natural ice cream while respecting authentic ingredients and consumer needs.
